    How do I return an item?

    If your item has not been worn and has swing tags attached you may request a return.

    We have four simple steps that you need to follow:

    1. Please submit a returns request online here.
    2. Include your invoice with your return
    3. Your parcel must arrive to our office within 30 days of purchase.
    4. Send to:

    1. Once we've received your garment, which clearly shows no sign of wear and tear and still has all tickets and labels intact, we will refund* your transaction back through the original payment channel.
    2. Please allow 7 days (from arrival to LBHQ) for your refund to be processed.

    *Any shipping fees charged will not be refunded.

    What if I have received a faulty garment?

    If you believe the garment you have received is faulty please email us at shop@leinabroughton.com.au titling your email 'Faulty Item Received' and include a photo of the problem area.

    Alternatively you can call Customer Service on (07) 5522 1733 and we will sort this out for you.

    My garment has pilling, can I return it?

    Please refer to our FAQs that clarify pilling and abrasion here.

    We ask that you contact us immediately and send us pictures of your garment. Please email us at shop@leinabroughton.com.au titling your email 'Pilling and Abrasion' and include a photo of the problem area. We can then guide you on the next stages from there.

    When will you process my return?

    Please allow 7 days (from arrival to LBHQ) for your refund to be processed.

    Can I return an item purchased with a gift voucher?

    Yes, your refund will be credited to the original Gift Voucher. The Voucher will be valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.

    Who gets the refund if I return a gift?

    All purchases are refunded back to the original payment method.

    EXCHANGES

    I ordered the wrong size can I exchange?

    Yes, one exchange per order is permitted however this can only be offered if the stock is available. Exchanges only apply to 'like for like' items. No exchanges can be offered for two totally different items or two similar items of differing colour/print. To action an exchange please lodge your exchange request online.

    *Please note postage charges will apply

    I know someone is sending the item I am wanting back to you office, can you please hold it for me when it arrives?

    While we would love to be able to facilitate this in fairness to all customers we cannot. Any suitable returned items will be returned to stock so that all waiting on that item can have the chance to purchase.
