    Fabric & Care - Modal

    A bio-based fabric made from sustainable Beech Tree fibres, Modal uses 10-20 time less water to produce than cotton. Adding weight to it's eco-conscious qualities, Modal is also bio-degradable.

    Soft to the touch, Modal's long fibres and tight weave make it incredibly durable. Its natural origins and weave also make it moisture absorbent and breathable.

    An investment piece

    I purchased the Sorel Trench Coat in Alpine, a colour that will be so versatile. The modal material is luxurious and soft. The style is elegant with classic lines and a beautiful drape. Truly an opulent piece!

    Wow - by far the best coat I have ever owned.

    This coat is amazing. It feels luxurious and drapes beautifully. I love the neckline, with no collar, much more feminine than collared coats. It is flattering and slimming in the black. I would love to see it in Flame, Opal and a neutral beige to dress down with jeans.
