Can I dry clean my Greer jacket?
With all fabrics we use our care instructions are based on our fabric supplier's recommendations which is what you can see reflected on the Greer Jacket's care label (hand wash gently in cold water). In saying that we have also tested the dry cleaning process and taken care to record the garment measurements before and after. The results showed no shrinkage had occurred. Based on this we believe your jacket can be dry cleaned. Please note, while the overall dry cleaning process does not affect the garment measurements, care does need to be taken for spot cleaning. The soaking process of a dry cleaner's spot cleaning can be very harsh on your garment and can cause shrinkage to the specific treated area.
Can I machine wash my Greer jacket?
This is a tailored garment and we always recommend a hand wash over machine wash as less agitation of the garment will mean less pressing and handling for you!
