Here at Leina Broughton we ONLY believe in owning dresses and clothing that you LOVE so it is no problem to return or exchange on all our products.
We have four simple steps that you need to follow:
- Notify us via email (email@example.com) within 5 days of receiving your order.
- Fill in the returns slip which is at the bottom of your invoice (attached to the front of the delivery satchel).
- Please send your purchase back to us within 30 days of purchase to: 1/20 Hutchinson St, Burleigh Heads QLD 4220.
- Once we've received your garment, which clearly shows no sign of wear and tear and still has all tickets and labels intact, we will refund your transaction back through the original payment channel or exchange as requested.
Items that are considered faulty are those that are received in a damaged condition. Wear and tear to a product is not a sign that the item is faulty. Leina Broughton is happy to exchange the product for the same product and same size. Please email prior to sending the garment back.
Leina Broughton attempts to be as accurate as possible. Certain garments are designed to be unique one of a kind pieces, so the photo will not always represent the exact product. Product may also be photographed with accessories that may not be included in final purchase. Be sure to read individual garment descriptions for specifics. If a product offered is not as described, you have the right to return it in unused condition within the specified return period (see RETURNS).
Except where noted otherwise, the price displayed for products on our website represents the full retail price listed on the product itself. All prices are in Australian dollars and include the Australian GST (tax). If shopping from overseas GST is not included.
