    When will you dispatch my purchase?

    All purchases made between the 19 December and 13 January will be processed and shipped after the 13 January.

    Upon our return we aim to ship your order within 1-2 business days (excluding Friday, Saturday and Sunday) however, during busy periods this may take longer due to the large amounts of orders received. Please allow 2-3 working days for your order to be processed during high volume times.

    What are LB shipping fees? 

    Shipping is FREE for all purchases over $150 within Australia.  
    We ship ALL orders within Australia with the very speedy Star Track.
    Shipping is $9.95 for all orders under $150 within Australia. 

    Team LB ships internationally for a flat rate fee of AUD$25.00, whether you buy 1 or 5 styles.  
    We ship internationally to New Zealand, USA, Canada and Singapore.

    You can find your tracking number and track your order by following instructions included in your order confirmation email.

    We post all orders within Australia with Star Track Express satchels. If you would like to speak to Star Track directly please call 13 23 45.

    RETURNS

    Can I return item during Christmas period?

    Even though our warehouse will be closed between the 19 December and 13 January, you still will be able to submit your return request as usual. 

    We have four simple steps that you need to follow:

    1. Please submit a returns request online here.
    2. Include your invoice with your return
    3. Please be aware we need to receive your parcel within 30 days of purchase.
    4. Please send to:

    1. Once we've received your garment, which clearly shows no sign of wear and tear and still has all tickets and labels intact, we will refund* your transaction back through the original payment channel.
    2. Please allow 7 days (from arrival to LBHQ) for your refund to be processed **

    *Any shipping fees charged will not be refunded.

    **Our dispatch team will be back on 13/01/20 and will start processing all orders and refunds from this date.

    When will you process my return?

    The warehouse will be closed between the 19 December and 13 January for Christmas holidays. If you returns package arrives at our warehouse between these dates your refund will be processed after the 13 January.

    Can I return an item purchased with a gift voucher?

    Yes you can return goods purchased with a Gift Voucher, any money refunded will be credited to the original Gift Voucher. The Voucher will be valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. 

    Who gets the refund if I return a gift?

    The refund on a returned item that was given as a gift will be credited to the original card or account used to purchase the gift.
