Leina is the creative director and designer of all the LB dresses you've become so familiar with. Her go-to is the classic Stella, which was named after her mother. Her responsibilities cover all the marketing, branding and design, working together with Leah, Lucja and Sean. One of Leina's favourite days at the office is the photoshoot, it's not just seeing her creations come alive but more the energy that is always infectious and fun.
Meet the managing director of Leina Broughton, Fleur. Having spent the past 20 years on Australian shores, Fleur no longer considers herself a New Zealander. One of her favourite responsibilities is cultivating the culture and community of the studio by immersing it with inspiring individuals. Her favourite dress is the Marnie which you will know as the Nina.
Get to know our web & graphic coordinator Sean! Born in Canada, Sean made the jump across the big pond in 1998. You can see Sean's effect both online and behind the scenes where he teams with Leina and Lucja to best display the Leina Broughton dresses to the world.
Keeping the books is New Zealand born Pam. Entering her second year at LB, she loves the flexibility of the role and the studio environment which always provides her with new inspirations. Her favourite new style is Coco.
Dispatching all the dresses from our studio is Ian. An avid vinyl collector from Lancashire in England, Ian has only on the Gold Coast for six months. If you've ever ordered a dress from LB then you've connected with Ian who personally writes a note for every dispatch.
Our next team member is production coordinator Shelly. Making sure the dresses are in tip-top condition, Shelly's responsibilities include testing each dress for quality control and ensuring a smooth production from planning through to dispatching. Sydney born, her favourite dress is the Marnie which has since evolved to the Nina.
