Leanne on wellbeing, resilience & mindfulness

Leanne Camilleri is a part of our LB Conversations Group - a community of women who amplify each other in everyday life and fly the LB flag with pride.

As a Certified Wellbeing Practitioner, Mindfulness and Meditation Teacher and a member of the International Positive Psychology Association, Leanne considers it a privilege to be able to help people personally and professionally in reaching their best potential through building resilience, becoming mentally fit and improving overall wellbeing.

In today’s world, we are so busy, life is constantly throwing challenges at us. Our minds are constantly running in this information-rich digital age.

According to an Australian Bureau of Statistics study, 45% of Australians between the ages of 16-85 will experience a mental health condition in their life time.

Stress is our body’s way of responding to constant demands and pressures in our work and personal lives.

Leanne has personally had her own experience living inside of adversity and has come out the other side, happy, grateful and inspired to live a positive life, and now helps others to do the same.

Professionally, Leanne has worked in stressful environments where the constant demands of the job have people frazzled and not thinking clearly, often affecting and sometimes damaging working relationships.

She has experienced first hand the challenges faced in a dynamic work environment and has seen the consequence of stress and pressures that this brings and is extremely passionate about promoting the wellbeing of employees and professionals to empower them to function productively and to be more self-aware.

When we are not functioning at our best, we can’t give our best.
