Rewards
- Rewards can be used on orders including sales items (unless conditions state otherwise) and with the exception of exchanges and purchases at time of returns- subject to our Return Terms and Conditions
- Only one rewards code can be used per order.
- Rewards vouchers cannot be split over multiple orders. Any excess value will be forfeited.
- Points cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Rewards points are non transferable (including between accounts under the same name).
- Rewards codes cannot be applied to an order after an order has been placed.
- Rewards codes cannot be cancelled once ordered. They will remain valid until used (on your next order).
- If two or more separate accounts (using different emails) are held under your name, any points earned through transactions using these separate emails cannot be merged into one rewards account. All rewards points earned will remain under the original email used at time of purchase.
- Rewards used for shipping, and applied to an order, cannot be refunded should the purchased item be returned for refund.
- When an order is refunded in full you will receive any rewards discount voucher points used in this order back in full.
- When a return is a partial return, and a rewards code is used, the L&F rewards discount voucher cannot and will not under any circumstances be reimbursed or split as the discount is distributed proportionally across all items.
- An L&F Rewards voucher is treated as a whole and cannot under any circumstances be split for partial refunds.
To sign up for L&F Rewards simply click on the pink Rewards button on the lower left hand corner of our website. Click on "Create an account" and use the same email address you use to place your orders.
If you are a rewards member you can earn 1 point for every dollar you spend on the website.
250 points = Free shipping
500 points = $35 off your purchase
750 points = $60 off your purchase
1000 points = $100 off your purchase
Log into your Leina & Fleur account and click on the pink rewards button to open your rewards details.
Select 'Redeem' to activate the reward.
In the section titled 'Your rewards', it displays a list of any available rewards that you have to apply to your next purchase.
Choose the reward you want to redeem.
Now you can either apply the reward for it to automatically apply the discount at checkout. Alternatively copy the code and apply it manually in the 'Gift card or discount code' box at checkout.
Your reward will now be automatically applied as a discount on your total amount to pay. You will be able to view the discount before you pay for your order.
If you do not apply your code the rewards code will remain in your rewards account until you use it and will only disappear once it has been applied to an order and the payment has been made.

Click on 'See my rewards'. Click on the reward you want to view and apply the code or copy the code into the discount field at checkout.

If you have a Rewards account then click on the pink Rewards button at the bottom left hand side of your screen and log in. Click on the pink rewards button again once your "My Account" page has opened. A rewards box will open, scroll down to see your rewards points balance.

The publication of any reviews is at the discretion of Leina & Fleur. Once your review is received it is then verified as a genuine purchase by our Customer Care team, responded to if need be, and published on our website. Leina & Fleur can choose not to publish any review on any product at anytime.
Rewards points will be added to your account after your review has been verified and published by our Customer Care team. The publication of any reviews is at the discretion of Leina & Fleur. Leina & Fleur can choose not to publish any review on any product at anytime. Any reward allocation or benefits of a review publication promotion will not apply to unpublished reviews. A maximum of 2 reviews per person within 24 hours will receive rewards allocation of 15 points each. For more information regarding rewards points earned by product reviews please see our Terms and Conditions.
You can earn 25 rewards points for referring a friend. Please note that you can only refer someone who has no store records on L&F store, either as a guest or member.
To refer a friend, log into your Leina & Fleur account and click on the pink rewards button to open your rewards details.
Click the email icon.
Enter your friends' email addresses in the top box. If you want to add multiple email addresses, separate each address with a comma.
You can add a personal message in the message box. The discount code will be automatically generated when the email sends.
Click 'send email.' Your friend/s will receive an email with the gift code.
You will get an email confirming your reward once your referral has made a purchase using her code.
