The draped neckline and double layer assymetrical top has been added to the fluid skirt on the ballet circ.
The skirt also has a more fitted lining underneath to avoid any clinging.
The raw hem on the skirt also means the dress just floats and the neckline can be moved to be completely assmetrical or pulled up on the shoulder to conceal a bra strap.

Length from Shoulder to Hem = 110-123cm (shaped hem)
Fabric: Slinky Poly Spandex
This dress has a raw hem so don't be afraid of having the length altered at a later stage after you have worn it at this longer length... and I don't mean go short, eek!! What I would suggest is getting the hem cut to an even length that finishes just at the knee. Add a bright colored belt and heels and you have a completely new look for this super slinky dress.
