
Exchanges & Returns
Here at leina broughton we ONLY believe in owning dresses and clothing that YOU LOVE.
If you receive your order and it is not quite right it is absolutely NO PROBLEM at all to return/exchange your purchase.
Here are the simple steps you need to follow;
- Contact us via email or phone (0425 39 00 33) within 3 working days.
- Let us know what is wrong... maybe we can offer a suitable alternative that may be more suitable..
- Return the garment within 5 working days to leina broughton head office
- Once receiving the returned garment....
- If you would like to exchange your new style will be sent out to you directly (no additional charge for postage)
- OR if you would prefer a refund the total amount will be refunded to your account.
There are a few terms of course! So here they are;
- leina broughton will happily exchange, any purchase , given that the item/s are returned in the same unused, saleable condition with all tags attached within 5 working days.
- If you are unable to find another item to exchange your returned goods you will be refunded for the purchased value of the item. For returns we will credit via your original method of payment, excluding delivery (unless goods are faulty or not as ordered).
- Return postage is at your expense but if you require a replacement item to be sent to you, we will send this back to you free of charge and regardless of wether you return or exchange we will offer you a 10% discount off your next purchase.
Faulty Goods
Items that are considered faulty are those that are received in a damaged condition. Wear and tear to a product is not a sign that the item is faulty. leina broughton is happy to exchange the product for the same product and same size. Please email prior to sending the garment back so we may check that we have this item in stock. Where possible faulty goods will be repaired before they are replaced.
