leina broughton will happily exchange, any purchase , given that the item/s are returned in the same unused, saleable condition with all tags attached within 5 working days.

If you do wish to exchange your order pls email prior to returning the product at leina@leinabroughton.com.au to check that we have your new request in stock. We will require an explanatory note quoting the original order number OR your full name and address along with the reason for the return.

Returns

If you are unable to find another item to exchange your returned goods you will be refunded for the purchased value of the item. For returns we will credit via your original method of payment, excluding delivery (unless goods are faulty or not as ordered).

Return Postage of Exchange/Return Items

Return postage is at your expense and if you require a replacement item to be sent to you, we will send this back to you free of charge.

Faulty Goods

Items that are considered faulty are those that are received in a damaged condition. Wear and tear to a product is not a sign that the item is faulty. leina broughton is happy to exchange the product for the same product and same size. Please email prior to sending the garment back so we may check that we have this item in stock. Where possible faulty goods will be repaired before they are replaced.
